Profile

Nicole represents corporate and institutional clients in all aspects of civil litigation. She has experience in business and commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, insurance law, product liability, medical malpractice, and general tort defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole interned for the Honorable Christine Walczyk of the Wake County District Court and clerked at a Chapel Hill law firm where she researched and wrote legal memoranda, prepared court pleadings, and managed discovery. While attending law school, Nicole served as Staff Editor for the First Amendment Law Review and chaired the Black Law Students Association’s pro bono program. She received the UNC Law Pro Bono Program’s Recognition Award for her dedication to volunteer legal services in the Chapel Hill Community.
