Dennis has a special interest in disputes involving technical or scientific issues where he can utilize his engineering training. That technical training is also at the heart of his methodical and structured approach to representing his clients. His practice includes the defense of manufacturers, retailers, and property owners in a variety of product liability, pharmaceutical, and premises liability actions. In addition, Dennis represents businesses in commercial litigation, contract disputes, and business-related tort claims, and he has significant experience with the complex legal and factual issues that arise in retrospective and loss-sensitive insurance premium collection disputes.
In his spare time, Dennis enjoys the NBA, section-hiking the Appalachian Trial, Python coding, and Italian cooking.
