Ward Greenberg is pleased to announce that Benjamin Grossman has joined our Philadelphia office as a new associate. Ben will represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including product liability, tort defense, and business litigation.

Prior to joining Ward Greenberg, Ben clerked for the Honorable Denis P. Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable George A. O’Toole, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Ben also interned at Harvard Law School's Criminal Justice Policy Program.

Ben is a 2020 cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, having earned a master’s degree from Boston University in 2015, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont in 2012. Prior to law school, Ben worked as a paralegal at a civil litigation firm in New York City.
