Ward Greenberg is pleased to announce that Amanda Cunha has joined our Philadelphia office as a new associate. Amanda will represent businesses in civil litigation matters including business litigation, product liability, tort defense, and intellectual property.
Amanda is a 2019 cum laude graduate of Rutgers Law School where she served as Commentaries Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, co-chair of the Women’s Law Forum, treasurer of the International Law Society, worked on the Courtroom Advocates Project, and was a clinical law student in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic. During law school, she served as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond Dearie of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In 2016, Amanda graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University. She also served as an ethics and compliance intern with a national public accounting firm.
Prior to joining Ward Greenberg, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
