Ward Greenberg Announces New Associates

Ward Greenberg is pleased to announce the addition of Molly Spakowski to our Rochester office and Ivy Waisbord to our Philadelphia location.

Molly Spakowski, Associate (admission pending)

Molly graduated in the top five percent from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2019. During law school, she served as an Executive Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and was recognized for her excellence in writing, tax law, and criminal procedure. Molly received her Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University in 2016 and her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University in 2013.

Previously, Molly worked as a summer associate at Ward Greenberg and clerked for in-house counsel at National Fuel Gas Company. She served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Julio Fuentes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Molly is a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Procedure and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, Buffalo Chapter.

Ivy Waisbord Headshot

Ivy Waisbord, Associate

Ivy is a 2016 cum laude graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.  While in law school, she was an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review, the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and served as a student attorney in the Youth Advocacy Clinic where she represented youth clients in immigration and family law matters. Ivyd received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a Legal Studies minor, from Drexel University in 2013. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ivy worked as an assistant counsel to a Philadelphia-area non-profit organization. She began her legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, where she was appointed to the Special Victims Unit.
