Ward Greenberg is pleased to announce that The Daily Record has selected Katerina Kramarchyk to receive an Up & Coming Attorney Award which will be presented at the 2020 Excellence in Law Award reception in June. The Daily Record's Excellence in Law program honors members of the legal community with four distinguished awards: Top Women in Law, Up & Coming Attorneys, Civil Legal Services Award and Unsung Legal Heroes. The Up & Coming Attorney category honors those who demonstrate professional accomplishment, community service and a strong commitment to the legal profession early in their careers. The 2020 Excellence in Law Awards will be presented on June 24, 2020.

Katerina received her joint J.D./M.B.A. from Albany Law School and Union Graduate College in 2013. While earning her dual degree, she served as Associate Editor for the Albany Law School Journal of Science & Technology. Katerina is a member of the Justinian Honor Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Stony Brook University in 2010.
An active member of the Rochester legal community, Katerina is Dean Emeritus of the Monroe County Bar Association's Academy of Law, a member of its Finance Committee, and Chair-Elect of the Young Lawyers Section. She was recognized with the Monroe County Bar Association's Emerging Bar Leader Award in 2019 and the Raymond J. Pauley Award in 2017. She is a Program Co-Chair for the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys, and a member of the Rochester Women's Network and the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Women's Council. Katerina volunteers with Rochester Teen Court and is a Pro Bono volunteer and Art of Lawyering Committee Member at Volunteer Legal Service Project. She is also an active member of the Federal and Commercial Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.
