Ward Greenberg Announces Newest Partner

Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP is pleased to announce that Ben Hartwell has been elected as a Partner of the firm.

Ben has dedicated his practice to civil litigation, with particular emphasis on product liability, premises liability, and commercial matters. He has successfully defended clients against claims involving alleged defects in household appliances and industrial equipment, negligence in bars, hotels, restaurants, and retail stores, breaches of commercial agreements, and exposures to environmental toxins. His pragmatic, yet tenacious approach to advocacy leads to impactful and favorable results for his clients, whether it be in the courtroom or the settlement table.

Ben received his law degree cum laude from Rutgers University. During his time there, he was Champion and Best Orator of the Honorable James Hunter III Moot Court Competition, received multiple Best Brief awards, and served as Lead Articles Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Before joining Ward Greenberg, he clerked for the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
