Ward Greenberg Announces Newest Partner

Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP is pleased to announce that Amy Hansell has been elected a Partner of the firm.

Hansell is an experienced litigator with a focus in business and commercial litigation, premises and product liability, and general tort defense. Her clients include retail convenience stores, hotels, daycare centers, restaurants, and commercial products manufacturers. She has defended clients in cases alleging liability due to violations of the New Jersey Dram Shop Act, employment discrimination, negligent security, and chemical and pharmaceutical exposures. Her business litigation experience includes representing clients in disputes alleging breach of contract, construction defects, and consumer fraud.  Amy’s tenacious pursuit of discovery and commitment to thorough investigations have resulted in her winning summary judgment and defense verdicts for her clients on numerous occasions.  

Amy received her law degree from the College of William and Mary where she was a Graduate Research Fellow. Prior to joining Ward Greenberg, she was a law clerk to Resident Judge T. Henley Graves in Sussex County, Delaware.
