The Ward Greenberg Professional Liability Team defends accountants, architects, investment advisors, attorneys and other professionals involving malpractice claims premised on conflicts of interest, ethical violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraudulent billing practices, misrepresentation and negligent rendition of professional services.
