Practice Focus & Experience
Ms. Amplement supports attorneys in all areas of civil litigation matters, focusing on general and toxic tort, personal injury and insurance coverage. She has extensive experience in asbestos exposure litigation cases, as well as environmental defense claims, and assists with case management, scheduling, deposition preparation, trial preparation and motion support. From her previous experience, Ms. Amplement has additional knowledge of banking, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
