Mrs. Greenberg is an experienced legal nurse consultant and registered professional nurse. She is involved primarily in products liability and personal injury cases of varying complexities, including the defense of class action and multi-plaintiff suits. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and often is involved in analyzing and summarizing medical records and pertinent professional literature; working with experts in various health care specialties; and preparing for depositions and trials. Her clinical nursing background and experience in legal nurse consulting make her a resource to attorneys throughout the firm as they are managing matters involving medical issues.
Mrs. Greenberg practiced clinical care nursing at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her clinical experience was concentrated in the areas of neurosurgery, emergency medicine, post-anesthesia recovery and as assistant clinical coordinator in the hospital’s laser facility for the palliative treatment of colorectal and endobronchial cancers. In addition to her hospital based experience, Mrs. Greenberg also has experience in the field of adult home care and pediatric care. In 1999, she began her practice as a legal nurse consultant, working for IMX Medical Management. In February 2002, she joined Daller Greenberg & Dietrich, LLP and came to Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy, LLP as a result of the April 1, 2010 merger.
