Paul D. Lux, Associate

Practice Focus & Experience

Mr. Lux’s practice includes a variety of civil litigation matters in Federal and State Courts and before administrative agencies, including commercial matters and premises liability defense. He is a contributing editor of the Pennsylvania chapter of the Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty-State Compendium , published annually by Aspen Law & Business.

Mr. Lux graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law. He also represented Penn Law in the Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition, and represented indigent clients through the Penn Legal Assistance Office.

Prior to law school, Mr. Lux worked as a mechanical engineer, first at Zenith Electronics Corporation and then at Atlas Material Testing Technology, LLC. At Zenith, Mr. Lux was a member of the design team for one of the first high-definition television products, a 64-inch projection HDTV.

Mr. Lux’s interests include music, soccer, and running. He ran one marathon, the 2001 LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, with a time of 3:59:59.
