Practice Focus and Experience

Ms. DiPasquale practices in the areas of commercial litigation, toxic and complex mass torts, employment and education law and products liability. Ms. DiPasquale’s commercial experience includes cases alleging breach of contract, FDCPA claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, and challenges to non-compete and confidentiality agreements. Ms. DiPasquale has represented large and small corporations, and colleges and universities in cases involving ERISA claims, employment discrimination and sexual harassment. Ms. DiPasquale’s toxic tort litigation experience includes acting as national counsel for a Fortune 500 company in cases involving numerous plaintiffs alleging personal injury arising from alleged toxic exposure, as well as cases concerning personal injury and property damage related to multiple chemicals.
