Practice Focus & Experience
Mr. Fink’s practice includes a variety of civil defense litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a concentration in commercial and business disputes, products liability and premises liability defense.
Mr. Fink attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as an Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He was a recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. While in law school, he also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Anita Brody of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a summer associate at Cohen, Placitella & Roth. After graduating law school Mr. Fink served as a law clerk at Cohen, Placitella & Roth until coming to Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy.
Prior to law school, Mr. Fink worked as a project assistant at Kirkland and Ellis, LLP, where he was a part of the complex commercial litigation group.
