Kristin A. Sageser, Associate

Practice Focus & Experience

Ms. Sageser’s practice includes a variety of civil defense litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a concentration in commercial and business disputes, products liability and premises liability defense.

Ms. Sageser attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. While in law school, she also served as a legal intern to the Honorable James J. Fitzgerald of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as a summer associate at Dechert LLP.

Prior to law school, Ms. Sageser worked in the Intellectual Property Group at Goodwin Procter, LLP, where she handled the registration and prosecution of U.S. and international trademarks. She also worked as a research assistant in a neuroscience laboratory at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she studied the role of cerebellar Purkinje cells in movement disorders.
