Practice Focus & Experience
Mr. Agins practices in a wide range of civil litigation matters including business and commercial litigation, product liability and general tort defense litigation. He has experience managing complex electronic document collection, review and production, and drafting discovery motions. Mr. Agins also has experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs.
A Rochester native, Mr. Agins attended the University at Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Mr. Agins served as the Executive Editor of the Buffalo Law Review and also competed nationally on moot court and trial teams, receiving various recognitions and awards for both individual and team success. Before joining Ward Greenberg, Mr. Agins was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City, where he worked on securities and other complex civil litigation matters.
