Practice Focus and Experience
Mr. Casey practices in a wide range of civil litigation matters including medical malpractice, commercial litigation, product liability, and general defense litigation. He currently is involved in the defense of a large number of cases alleging exposure to lead-based paint. In commercial litigation matters, Mr. Casey has experience managing voluminous document review sets and is familiar with the many facets involved with electronic discovery.
A Western New York native, Mr. Casey attended the University at Buffalo Law School. During law school, Mr. Casey was the Casenote Editor for the Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal and in that role was primarily responsible for evaluating applicants seeking to join the Journal staff. Mr. Casey graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo in 2009
During his final semester of study in college, Mr. Casey was a full-time intern in the Washington D.C. office of a United States Senator where his responsibilities included assisting the Senator’s staff with matters related to foreign affairs and preparing for hearings before the Senate Armed Services Committee.
