Daniel M. Young, Partner

Practice Focus & Experience

Mr. Young’s practice includes premises liability, dram shop, negligent security, commercial disputes, employment law, consumer fraud and other negligence matters. He litigates matters in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. He has conducted numerous jury trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Young has successfully tried to verdict complex personal injury matters. In the fall of 2008, he obtained back to back to back defense verdicts from juries in three different New Jersey counties. Recently, he defeated an appeal of a summary judgment obtained in a negligent security case involving a plaintiff that suffered severe stab wounds. See Simpkins v. 7-Eleven, Inc., 2008 WL 918482 (N.J. Super. A.D. 2008). Mr. Young is the firm’s resident partner in the New Jersey office.
