WARD GREENBERG HELLER & REIDY LLP is a civil litigation firm devoted almost exclusively to the representation of corporate and institutional clients.
Our Firm was formed in April 2010 with the merger of Ward Norris Heller & Reidy LLP and Daller Greenberg & Dietrich LLP. Both firms were founded by experienced trial lawyers who left larger law firms to practice in a smaller firm environment that fosters hands-on client service and teamwork. This training and experience, in combination with small firm efficiency, enabled both firms to handle complex matters without the unnecessary overhead and overstaffing often associated with larger firms.
Ward Greenberg maintains the same client-service goals, but with added resources and a broader geographic reach. Our recent merger creates a firm of more than 30 attorneys in offices located in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Our experience is described in detail at the Practice Areas page of our website.
Our partners and counsel average well over 20 years of litigation experience, and many have been selected, after confidential peer evaluations, for membership in such prestigious organizations as the AMERICAN COLLEGE OF TRIAL LAWYERS and the AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES, and for inclusion in Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers in America®.
Our clients include corporations of all sizes, as well as colleges, universities, hospitals, academic medical centers, professional service firms, and partnerships. We also serve as national trial counsel for several Fortune 500 corporations in jurisdictions across the country.
We recognize that litigation can be a significant economic burden to our clients’ businesses. We address this concern with a simple approach. Cases are staffed leanly. The senior lawyer on each case is fully involved, knows the facts, and handles the key parts of the case. This promotes efficiency and enhances value, but it also allows us to recognize and exploit opportunities for favorable solutions. Where cases require a team, it is assembled with minimal overlap and clear lines of responsibility. Our structure and low overhead also enable us to deliver real value.
Our clients find that our billing rates compare favorably to firms of commensurate caliber and experience. They also are pleased to learn that we have done away with charges for most routine overhead expenses, such as long distance telephone calls, copying, faxes, secretarial overtime, and computer-assisted research.
